Cancellation Policy

We are a by appointment only business. This policy is enacted out of respect to our clients and technicians. Not showing up for your appointment prevents other clients from being accommodated during the scheduled time you no longer wish to have. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice that you wish to cancel or change your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate you with a new time as soon as possible. If you happen to No show-or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged when scheduling the following appointment $25.00 or 50% of the services booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, there is a high probability that we will need to reschedule your appointment.
